Application Scope:
The vacuum annealing furnace is primarily used for vacuum annealing treatment of small silicon steel laminated cores. It serves the purpose of eliminating cold-working stress in materials, repairing internal grain structure, removing impurities from the core surface, and improving the magnetic conductivity of the core.
This equipment is a cold wall vacuum annealing furnace, which adopts aluminum silicate lined stainless steel screen insulation structure and has high insulation performance under vacuum. The wide and thin nickel-chromium strip heater has a maximum operating temperature of 900°C and adopts multi-point temperature control to ensure high temperature uniformity in the furnace. It is mainly used for annealing transformers, transformer cores and other magnetically conductive alloys. It can also be used for annealing copper and steel strips.
