Installation Requirements:

Installation must be carried out by trained professional installers only.

The installation of the equipment at the site requires the following conditions:

(1) Power Supply for the Main Unit

Electrical parameters: Three-phase 5-wire 380VAC, power 5KW.

Switch: 1 air switch, with a height from the ground ≥1.5M, and a distance from the placement position of the main unit ≤2M.

(2) Gas Source

① Helium: ≥1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa), with 1 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve;

② High-purity Nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%), with 1 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve;

③ Compressed Air: Clean compressed air with a pressure ≥0.55MPa, equipped with a 1/2″ ball valve;

The distance between the gas source interfaces and the placement position of the machine should be ≤1M.

(3) Others

① Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipe with a diameter ≥3/4″, and the distance between the interface and the placement position of the machine should be ≤1M.
