Application Scope: The vacuum annealing furnace is primarily used for vacuum annealing treatment of small silicon steel laminated cores. It serves the purpose of eliminating cold-working stress in materials, repairing internal grain structure, removing impurities from the core surface, and improving the magnetic conductivity of the core.

Application Range: The vacuum tempering furnace is used for tempering products after vacuum quenching to stabilize the structure, eliminate internal stress, prevent deformation and cracking, and maintain the quenching advantages (anti-oxidation, anti-corrosion, decarburization, and bright surface).It can also be applied for the aging treatment of beryllium bronze parts.
