Product Introduction:
The vacuum switch vacuum degree tester is an instrument designed to measure the vacuum degree inside the arc extinguishing chamber of a vacuum switch. Its main working principle involves pulling the two contacts of the arc extinguishing chamber apart to a certain distance and applying a pulsed high voltage, thereby generating a pulsed magnetic field synchronized with the high voltage within the chamber. Under the influence of this pulsed magnetic field, electrons in the arc extinguishing chamber perform spiral movements and collide with residual gas molecules to produce ionization. The resulting ion current is approximately proportional to the residual gas density, i.e., the vacuum degree. By measuring the ion current and combining it with the corresponding relationship curve between ion current and vacuum degree, the vacuum degree value can be calculated and displayed.
