Test items:
1. General relay, horn relay, starting relay and other automotive relay voltage drop, pull-in voltage, release voltage, pull-in time, release time, coil current and other performance test and endurance test, the sample can be put into the high and low temperature box (high and low temperature chamber optional);
2. the flasher starting time, flash frequency, electrical rate, main bulb failure indication, voltage drop, overload test, durability test, etc., the sample can be put into the high and low temperature box (high and low temperature chamber optional);
3. Pull-in voltage , release voltage, working current, voltage drop, mechanical switch operating torque, mechanical strength, electromagnetic switch power failure ability, contactor action time, temperature rise and endurance test of main switch of power supply (including mechanical and electromagnetic), etc.;
4.Voltage drop of fuse, fusing characteristics (current - time), TN and TU of chip fuse, temperature rise, cut-out current capacity 1000A, current cycle load at high temperature (high temperature chamber matching), chip fuse and inserted fuse terminal strength (a force measuring device for tension and pressure realized by a force sensor and pressing mechanical member) ,such as aforesaid performances (current - pulse load items are considered for function implementation);
5.Fusible wire voltage drop, fusing characteristics (with storage battery test), current impact resistance test;
6.cigarette lighter reset time, thermal insulation performance (achieved by high-speed infrared temperature measuring device), working current, socket voltage drop, overheating protection, plug insertion and pulling force (share a small device with fuse terminal strength);
7.For voltage drop, overcurrent impact resistance and endurance test of the central electrical junction box for vehicles, the samples can be put into the high and low temperature chamber (high and low temperature chamber optional);
8.Voltage drop and temperature rise of the plug connector and wiring harness, current cycle of the plug connector, terminal section test (section analyzer is purchased separately).
