The fully automatic single-phase temperature rise test device, HZDL-WS-5000A high-current generator, is suitable for current load tests and temperature rise tests of busbars, switch cabinets, circuit breakers, contactors, current transformers, and other electrical equipment.
During normal operation, electrical equipment continuously passes through working currents, converting energy into heat, which causes the temperature of electrical materials to rise. Exceeding a certain range can lead to a decline in the mechanical strength and physical properties of electrical materials, easily causing accidents. Therefore, national standards specify the allowable long-term operating temperatures or temperature rises for different electrical materials.

The purpose of the temperature rise test is to measure the temperature or temperature rise of various components of the tested electrical equipment to determine whether the test sample meets the standard requirements. It adopts a rapid simulation test method, which means that the main circuit is energized with the rated current.

After setting the temperature rise range and parameters, the device automatically maintains the output current value and has a current error adjustment function.
Temperature measurement points can be selected from 8 to 24 channels, with customizable temperature measurement points. It can automatically test the ambient temperature, compare it with the test point temperature to form a temperature rise, and automatically alarm when the set temperature is exceeded.
The software can automatically generate temperature rise curve graphs and can be connected to a printer to print A4 reports.
