It use a multi-pass filtration test with continuous contaminant injection and using the on-line particle counting method for evaluating the performance of the full-flow lubricating oil filters for internal combustion engines.

Test Principle:

Through the contaminant injection system, add contaminant to the test solution to reach the required test solution containing certain contaminant, and then perform liquid circulation on the tested filter, the online dilution system and particle counting takes samples within the specified time, automatically collects data and generates test curves, and generates test reports, and can verify each system through standards.
