The optical automatic detection equipment for the appearance defects of automotive components is mainly used to detect small and medium-sized automotive components such as discs, gear rings, valve seat rings, oil-containing bearings, piston pins, and ball bearings. It can detect the appearance defects such as cracking, end face damage, misalignment, and cracking on the upper and lower end faces of the workpiece, and the minimum detection diameter can reach 5mm. The detection speed reaches the leading level in China, and the fastest detection speed can reach 10,000 pieces/hour, which is equivalent to the simultaneous work of 2 to 4 skilled workers; and it can be applied to industries such as powder metallurgy, magnetic materials, precision ceramics, electronic components, small hardware, and fasteners.
