Design Principle:
The powder circulating pump in the sealing test box can be replaced by other methods of suspending talc powder.Stalc powder was filtered by metal holes.The wire is 50 m in diameter and the sieve size is 75 m.The talc powder is 2kg per cubic meter and shall not exceed 20 times.Maintain uniform suspended dust with sufficient density in the test box.
The test shell is placed in the test box, and the pressure in the shell should be kept with a vacuum pump below the atmospheric pressure, and the air pressure can also be changed to realize the periodic change of the air pressure in the test box.
The purpose of the test is to draw the air in the box into the subject equipment using the pressure difference. The gas pumping volume is 80 times the shell volume of the subject, and the pumping rate shall not exceed 60 times the shell volume per hour.Under any case shall the pressure difference not exceed 2kPa.
The instrument shall have an emergency stop device to ensure the safety in the abnormal test.
Seal the test box cover (door) shall be sealed reliably. It is recommended to adopt conductive materials on the inner wall of the test box, and the grounding shall avoid static accumulation.
Test dust recovery and treatment function shall be required, and all operation functions of the equipment shall meet the requirements of clause 13.4 in standard GB4208-2008.
