01 Modular function
All bench frames are constructed using functional modules, and the bench frame combination is built in a back-to-back mode. The modules are combined in the form of modules and concentrated in one test system. Customers can add or remove test modules according to the different test objects.
02 Advanced measurement methods
It adopts an advanced real-time measurement and control system, including input electrical parameter testing, speed and torque testing, etc. The torque and speed sampling rate is as high as 1000Hz, which meets the requirements of high accuracy and fast response of the test system, and provides transient data and characteristic value data, which is convenient for the software to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data during the test process in the later stage.
03 Complete test items
According to the test requirements specified in the national standard, the test items can be increased or decreased according to the configuration module, which can meet the test items of various types of tests.
04 Drive system
The asynchronous motor is used as the system drive input, which improves the dynamic response characteristics of the system's torque and speed, and provides the measurement range and accuracy, and enhances the driving performance (forward/reverse). It shortens the response time of the load, and can achieve loading of any load curve, which highly simulates the real-time operating conditions of the gearbox.
05 Loading system
The asynchronous motor is used as the system loading. According to the characteristics of the tested piece, the high-precision torque and speed sensors are used to improve the data dynamic response rate. The system loading adopts the vector/DTC mode to achieve the high-speed dynamic loading characteristics as required, thereby highly simulating the real-time operating conditions of the gearbox output.
06 Humanized design
Using a professional gearbox test bench, the fixture has a quick clamping function, and it is convenient to load and unload, and can adapt to the installation of different gearboxes. The system operation is recommended to use a vertical cabinet + computer desk control mode to complete the layout of all test operations in one position.
07 Customized test software
The test system test software developed by a professional software R&D team categorizes the software interface and process according to the test items required by the national standard, reduces repeated tests, and greatly improves the work efficiency of the test personnel. It has functions such as real-time curve drawing, transient value capture, trend curve drawing and analysis, multi-parameter combination display, qualified judgment, report export, etc.
