01 Functional modularity

02 Advanced measurement methods
It adopts an advanced real-time measurement and control system, including input angle testing, speed and torque testing, etc. With high sampling modules, it meets the requirements of high precision and fast response of the test system, and provides transient data and characteristic value data, which is convenient for the software to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the data during the test process in the later stage.

04 Drive/load mode
Using a servo motor as the tested drive/load, the internal shared DC busbar mode is adopted, which changes the traditional load method, improves the dynamic measurement range and accuracy of the system's torque and speed, and enhances the loading performance (positive/reverse, reverse tow), shortens the loading response time, and can achieve loading of any load curve, highly simulating the real-time operating conditions of on-site use.
05 Humanized design
Using a professional precision reducer test bench, the fixture is equipped with a fast alignment system, which is convenient for loading and unloading and coaxiality adjustment, and can adapt to the installation of different tested parts. The system operation adopts a piano-shaped/vertical cabinet + computer desk control mode, which can complete the layout of all test operations in one position.
06 Customized test software
The test software of the test system developed by the software R&D team categorizes the software interface and process according to the test items required by the national standard, reduces repeated tests, and greatly improves the work efficiency of the test personnel. It has functions such as real-time curve drawing, transient value capture, trend curve drawing and analysis, multi-parameter combined display, qualification determination, report export, etc.
