Working principle: Using different working units, under the condition of being isolated from the air, process the casting materials to make them dehydration and deaeration, and heat them to a certain temperature, and then mix them uniformly according to the required proportion, and cast the processed materials into the coil mold in a full vacuum state.

The epoxy casting equipment produced by our company has a simple structure, convenient operation, and easy maintenance. By drawing on German technology and standards, a series of products suitable for domestic manufacturers are designed and developed. It can meet various different process requirements, including with fillers and without fillers. The universal unit design can be flexibly matched and can meet the needs of future equipment upgrades.
Equipment composition:
Vacuum casting tank body: It is divided into two types according to the usage situation, namely circular and rectangular, and there are vacuum-pressure type and pure vacuum type according to different processes, with manual or automatic casting methods.
Material processing system: It adopts an improved thin-film deaeration and mixing technology to better and more easily remove the moisture and air from the materials. All the interfaces configured on the tank body are standardized, which can not only be interchanged but also facilitate the future upgrade and transformation of the equipment.
Material mixing and metering processing system: It is divided into static mixing and dynamic mixing according to the level of automation.
Vacuum system: It mainly consists of a vacuum pump set, a vacuum filter, a vacuum valve, pipes, etc.
Heating system: The casting tank currently uses an electric heating plate for direct heating. The mixing tank uses heat-transfer oil for indirect heating, and the material conveyor pipeline is insulated with a constant-temperature electric heat tracing tape.
Pneumatic system: It is composed of a compressed air source, control valves, pressure detection systems, etc., and is used to control the vacuum and material valves.
Cooling water system: It is mainly used for the cooling of some vacuum pumps and condensers. Currently, our company has developed casting equipment that does not require cooling water.
Control system: Used to control the operation of the entire system, the simple system without material measurement is directly controlled by relays. The one with measurement or static mixing is programmed controlled by PLC-PC, and according to the process requirements, it controls the adjustment of vacuum degree, temperature, and the casting process, and realizes the linkage protection and interlocking of each action to avoid human misoperation. There are detailed records of all operating processes for searching. Different operating permissions can also be set to ensure the safety of the equipment and the product.
Other parts: It can be configured with a silicon micro-powder processing unit according to customer requirements, including the transportation and pre-heating and drying of the silicon micro-powder, as well as the pre-mixing and pre-degassing with the resin or hardener in the early stage, the formula measurement of the silicon micro-powder, the resin, the hardener, and the toughing agent, and the emergency cooling device of the static mixer, etc.
The epoxy automatic encapsulation equipment for small electronic components produced by our company has a high degree of automation, and the dose error is less than 5%. The casting part is equipped with 1-5 casting heads, which can be cast synchronously and realize continuous production in a pipelined manner.
