The dry-type bushing - static mixing vacuum casting and impregnation system employs an online deaeration device to achieve continuous material supply. The same-service controlled gear pump is combined with a flow meter to achieve precise control of the material ratio. The metal static mixer enables continuous mixing and continuous casting. The product is heated, dried, deaerated, cast, and pressure-impregnated under vacuum, and the final solidification is carried out within the casting, achieving the integration of deaeration - casting - solidification.
