Product introduction:
This system is suitable for the vacuum degassing treatment of insulating oil, mainly used to filter the impurities in the oil, remove moisture and gas, and improve the insulation and other electrical performance indicators of the oil. This kind of system is suitable for the on-site maintenance of transformers in large substations, the rapid and deep treatment of new oil, imported oil and other insulating oil, as well as the vacuum filtering, purification, dehydration and de-gassing treatment of relatively valuable oils such as new oil vacuum filling oil, imported oil, transformer oil, transformer system capacitor oil and refrigeration oil.
The technical parameters of this system include ultimate vacuum degree, working vacuum degree, working pressure, working temperature, etc. These parameters may vary depending on the model and specification of the specific equipment, and need to be set and adjusted according to the actual use situation.

Testing items:
Vacuum degree detection: Check the ultimate vacuum degree and working vacuum degree of the system to ensure that the system meets the required vacuum degree indicators.
Oil detection: Detect the transformer oil before processing to understand the indicators such as the water content, gas content, and impurity particles in the oil.
Oil treatment effect detection: Detect the processed transformer oil to understand the indicators such as the withstanding voltage value and flash point of the oil, and evaluate the effect of oil treatment.
Temperature detection: Detect the working temperature of the system to ensure that the temperature during oil processing is controlled within the appropriate range.
Pressure detection: Detect the working pressure of the system to ensure that the pressure during oil processing is controlled within the appropriate range.
Safety protection function test: Test and verify the safety protection function of the system to ensure that the system can stop and alarm in a timely manner in case of abnormal situations.
Equipment operating status monitoring: Monitor the various operating parameters of the system, such as current, voltage, vibration, etc., to ensure the normal operation of the system.
Oil regeneration effect detection: Detect the transformer oil after oil regeneration treatment to understand whether the performance indicators of the oil have been improved.
Oil adsorption effect detection: Detect the transformer oil after oil adsorption treatment to understand whether the indicators such as the water content and gas content of the oil have been reduced.
Test objects:
Oil quality test: Test the physical and chemical properties of transformer oil, including density, viscosity, flash point, freezing point, acid value, water content, etc.
Gas test: Detect the gas content in the transformer oil, common gases include hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, etc. Common gas test methods include gas chromatography analysis and gas release analysis.
Humidity test: Measure the water content in the transformer oil, which is usually expressed in one thousandth (ppm). Common humidity test methods include coulometric titration, coulometric chromatography, and capillary method, etc.
Solid impurity test: Detect solid impurities in the transformer oil, such as particles, ash, sediments, etc. Common solid impurity test methods include membrane filtration, centrifugation, and infrared spectroscopy, etc.
Oxidation stability test: Evaluate the oxidation stability of the transformer oil to determine its antioxidant performance and service life. Common oxidation stability test methods include oxidation index determination and D877 oxidation stability test, etc.
PCB (polychlorinated biphenyl) test: Detect whether the transformer oil contains PCB, which is a toxic chemical substance that is harmful to the environment and human health. Common PCB test methods include gas chromatography and mass spectrometry, etc.
Through the testing and processing of transformer oil, the transformer oil vacuum degassing treatment system can remove gases, humidity, and solid impurities, improve the insulation performance and stability of the oil, thus ensuring the normal operation and reliability of the transformer.
