It has the function of rapid purification treatment of transformer oil, which can effectively remove moisture, mechanical impurities, and gases in the oil.
The oiler in the system has multiple filling oil speeds to choose from, and can be adjusted according to the actual situation of the transformer to meet different filling oil requirements.
The filling machine has a stepless variable speed circulating exhaust function, which can quickly achieve exhaust.
The oiler has the function of automatically vacuuming and maintaining the vacuum degree of the system, to meet the requirements of achieving bubble-free filling oil without power outage of the transformer, and to prevent false oil level and brought-in bubbles.
The system is equipped with a fully transparent transition joint, which facilitates the staff to observe the filling oil state when filling oil to the transformer on site, and meets the requirements of safe filling oil of the transformer.
The filling oil machine has the function of overpressure protection of oil pressure. When the filling oil pressure exceeds the preset pressure value, the filling oil machine automatically stops working, to achieve intelligent protection for the staff, the transformer, and the filling oil machine itself.
The oiler has the function of oil filtering and high-precision oil filtering performance, which can filter out trace impurities in the oil and water with a diameter of more than 1 μm, to ensure the voltage resistance grade and moisture content of the insulating oil added to the transformer, in order to meet regulatory requirements.
The main accessories in the system, such as small vacuum pumps, vacuum degassing and dehydration separation devices, liquid level balance automatic control devices, micro filling oil pumps, filtering systems, PLC automatic control systems, etc., all use imported products, with accurate, reliable, stable, safe actions, and are easy to use and maintain.
The whole machine has a reasonable structure, small volume, light weight, and is convenient to carry.
To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the oil, the whole machine pipeline and oil tank are all made of stainless steel (304) material.
