Mobile gas-phase drying equipment

Application scope:

The KMVPD-300 mobile gas-phase drying equipment can meet the drying treatment of extra-high voltage giant transformers at the level of 500kV and above (including 1000kV/1500MVA) in the factory and power station site. This equipment can complete the drying treatment of the body in the vacuum tank in the production workshop, or it can be disassembled for transportation to the power station or on-site assembly workshop to directly dry the product.

Equipment features:

The equipment adopts modular design, and the main module is placed in the standard container, which is suitable for multiple long-distance transports. It has two functions, which can be used as a fixed gas-phase drying equipment in the workshop, and can also be pulled to the power station site as a mobile gas-phase drying equipment. The oil tank (or vacuum tank) and each module, and the modules are connected with hoses, which is convenient for disassembly and installation.

Use the transformer oil tank as a drying treatment tank (container), use industrial electric heat blankets and electric heating plates to insulate and heat the oil tank on site, and use the combined detachable insulation blanket to insulate the oil tank. The insulation blanket is suitable for various shapes of oil tanks and can be disassembled multiple times. The industrial electric heat blanket is wrapped with silicate alumina fireproof insulation blanket to meet the fireproof and explosion-proof requirements of the product processing.

The vertical falling film type evaporator is adopted, which has high heating efficiency, less process coal oil, small floor area, and is more safe and reliable.

The electric heater is used, and the heat transfer medium is thermal conducting oil. A distillation buffer tank is set up to store the mixed liquid of kerosene and transformer oil, and use the intermediate pressure reduction and pressure reduction stages to complete the separation of kerosene and transformer oil, reducing the impact of the distillation process on the heating time and effect, and improving the efficiency of processing oily products.

It uses computer and PLC control methods, and is controlled by modules, which can achieve fully automatic control.
