2. Pre-evacuation and helium filling station: Manually connect quick connectors and automatically perform pre-vacuuming
3. Helium inspection station: manually put the workpiece into the vacuum chamber, press the start button, the vacuum chamber door automatically closes, and the device automatically evacuates the vacuum chamber to the set value
4. Recycling station: Manually connect quick connectors and automatically recover helium.
