Operator places the workpiece on the conveyor line, attaches the quick-connect fitting, and starts the line. (Workpiece sealing fittings and male quick-connect fittings are provided by Haier.)
High-pressure air pre-test: Injects 5MPa of compressed air into the workpiece to detect major leaks. Monitors pressure variation within a set time interval to determine leak status. Qualified workpieces proceed to the next step; unqualified ones trigger an alarm.
Vacuum evacuation: Applies vacuum to qualified workpieces from the major leak test. Upon successful evacuation, automatically fills with helium. Unsuccessful evacuation triggers an alarm.
Helium filling: Fills evacuated workpieces with 0.8-1.2MPa of helium (adjustable above 70% concentration). Qualified workpieces proceed; unqualified ones trigger an alarm.
Leak detection: Places helium-filled workpieces in a leak detection chamber and uses a helium mass spectrometer with a suction probe to identify potential leaks.
Helium recovery: Recovers helium from the workpiece using a vacuum method at the recovery station for reuse. If the internal pressure is below the set limit, an alarm is triggered.
Data recording: The system records the number of defects and helium refills for each type of issue.

High-pressure Nitrogen Leak Detection: Primarily consisting of pressure sensors, solenoid valves, and piping, it monitors pressure changes to achieve major leak detection.
Evacuation System: Composed mainly of vacuum pumps, vacuum gauges, solenoid valves, and piping, it can evacuate air from the workpiece to ensure helium purity.
Helium Filling System: Primarily consisting of pressure sensors, solenoid valves, and piping, it can fill helium into the workpiece at a set pressure.
Recovery System: Integrated with compressors, sensors, solenoid valves, piping, vacuum pumps, helium concentration meters, and gas storage tanks, it can recover and store helium. When the concentration falls below a set value, it alarms and automatically replenishes helium. Additionally, it is equipped with a pressure gauge to monitor recovery pressure.
Electrical Control: Utilizing touch screen controls, it enables the setting of operational parameters (such as leak detection time and pressure), work status monitoring (providing real-time feedback on equipment status), fault alarming, and manual maintenance functions.
