HCTE0152Detection Process:
1.Barcode Scanning for Workpiece:
Scan the barcode/QR code on the workpiece using a barcode scanner.
The computer displays the scanned barcode data.
2.Installing Workpiece and Starting Inspection:
Place the workpiece into the fixture inside the inspection chamber.
Close the vacuum chamber and initiate the inspection cycle.
3.Chamber Inspection:
Evacuate the chamber to check for large leaks.
If there are no large leaks, proceed to the next step; otherwise, raise an alarm and end the inspection.
4.Evacuating the Workpiece:
Evacuate the workpiece to a set vacuum level.
5.Inspecting for Large Leaks in the Workpiece:
Fill the workpiece with nitrogen gas and observe the sensor values.
If the values do not drop below the set limit, continue; otherwise, raise an alarm and end the inspection.
6.Suppressing the Background Signal in the Vacuum Chamber:
Detect the background signal inside the vacuum chamber and perform suppression processing.
7.Filling the Workpiece with Helium and Inspecting for Micro-Leaks:
Fill the workpiece with helium gas to a set pressure.
Use a leak detector to check for helium signals inside the workpiece.
If the signal exceeds the set limit, the micro-leak indicator light turns on; otherwise, the qualified indicator light turns on, and the workpiece is automatically marked.
8.Recovering Helium and Ending Inspection:
Recover the helium gas and evacuate to a set level.
Open the vacuum chamber and unload the workpiece.
