Based on the basic principle of ammonia leak detection, helium is used as the tracer gas. Fill the vacuum chamber with helium, then evacuate the workpiece. The leak condition of the workpiece can be determined accurately and rapidly by the ammonia leak detector with high precision.

Installation conditions:
Installation can only be performed by trained professional installers.
(1) Main power supply
Electrical parameters: Three-phase 5-wire 380V AC, with a power rating of 5KW.
Switch: One air switch, with a height from the ground ≥1.5M and a distance from the equipment host ≤2M.
(2) Gas sources
① Helium: At least 1 bottle of bottled helium (40 liters, 12MPa) with a 0.6MPa pressure reducing valve.
② High-purity nitrogen: Bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%) with a 0.2MPa pressure reducing valve.
③ Compressed air: Clean compressed air with a pressure ≥0.55MPa, equipped with a 1/2″ ball valve.
The distance between the gas source interfaces and the placement of the machine should be ≤1M.
(3) Others
① Prepare an outdoor exhaust pipeline with a diameter ≥3/4″, and the distance between the pipeline interface and the placement of the machine should be ≤1M.
