(1) Mainframe Power Supply
Electrical parameters: Single-phase 220VAC, power 5KW.
Switch: One air switch, the distance from the ground ≥1.5M, and the distance from the placement position of the equipment mainframe ≤2M.
(2) Air Source
① Hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas: bottled hydrogen-nitrogen mixed gas (40 liters 1740 psi) ≥1 bottle, with a pressure reducing valve >87 psi;
② High-purity nitrogen: bottled high-purity nitrogen (≥99.999%), with a pressure reducing valve >29 psi;
③ Compressed air: clean compressed air ≥79.75 psi, with a 1/2″ ball valve;
The distance between the air source interface and the placement position of the machine is ≤1M.
(3) Others
① Prepare outdoor exhaust pipelines with a diameter ≥3/4″, and the distance between the interface and the placement position of the machine is ≤1M.
