Installation of Workpiece: The operator inserts the workpiece into the fixture hole, initiates the process, and the vacuum chamber closes, commencing the inspection.
Macro Leak Detection: The vacuum pump evacuates the workpiece. If the vacuum level reaches the standard, the process continues; otherwise, a macro leak is indicated and the process ends.
Vacuum Chamber Evacuation: Initial and fine vacuum evacuation are performed to ensure the vacuum level inside the chamber reaches the set value.
Background Suppression: The leak detector measures the background signal inside the chamber and performs suppression processing.
Helium Charging of Workpiece: Helium is charged into the workpiece until the set pressure is reached.
Micro Leak Detection: During the leak detection period, if the leak detector detects helium signals exceeding the standard, it indicates a micro leak; otherwise, the workpiece is deemed qualified.
Recovery and Refill: The workpiece is purged of helium, the vacuum chamber is filled with nitrogen, and the helium in the fine evacuation pipeline is purged.
Removal of Workpiece: The vacuum chamber opens, and the operator removes the workpiece.
