Barcode/QR Code Scanning: Use a barcode scanner to scan the barcode/QR code on the workpiece, and display the scanning result on the computer.
Workpiece Installation: Place the workpiece into the fixture of the testing chamber, press the start button, and the vacuum chamber will automatically close, starting the testing process.
Chamber Testing: The vacuum pump evacuates the chamber, and a pressure sensor monitors the vacuum level. If the vacuum level meets the standard, the process continues; otherwise, the leak indicator light will flash, and the testing ends.
Workpiece Evacuation: The vacuum pump evacuates the workpiece, and the process continues once the set value is reached.
Background Noise Suppression: A leak detector measures the background noise inside the vacuum chamber, and the process continues once it falls within the set range.
Helium Leak Detection: Helium gas is filled into the workpiece, and a leak detector is used to check for leaks. If a micro-leak is detected, the micro-leak indicator light will turn on; otherwise, the qualified indicator light will turn on. After the leak detection is complete, the leak detection valve is closed.
Helium Recovery: Recover helium gas to the set value and then close the recovery valve.
Unload Workpiece: The vacuum chamber automatically opens, and the operator removes the workpiece.
Collaborative Testing: Chambers A and B can work collaboratively, allowing one chamber to test while the other waits or conducts testing simultaneously.
