In the internal leak detection cycle, helium is filled into chamber B of the workpiece to detect internal leaks between chamber A and B. In the external leak detection cycle, both chambers A and B are simultaneously filled with helium to detect external leaks of the chamber. Utilizing the helium leak detector, the leakage condition of the plate heat exchanger can be accurately and quickly determined with high precision.
