Basic Working Principle:
Based on the fundamental principle of helium leak detection, helium is used as a tracer gas. The helium is filled into the workpiece within a vacuum chamber, and then a helium leak detector is employed to rapidly and accurately determine the leakage status of the workpiece with high precision.

The vacuum chamber helium leak detection system comprises four vacuum chambers that operate in unison. The operator places the part into the vacuum chamber and connects it using a quick-connect fitting. Subsequently, the operator presses the door-closing button located on the vacuum chamber simultaneously, causing the door to close automatically and initiating the detection cycle. On both sides of the vacuum chamber door, there are light curtain safety guards to ensure that no objects interfere with the door movement during closure.
As soon as one of the chamber doors is closed, the detection cycle for that chamber commences immediately. At this point, the operator can proceed to operate on another chamber.
