During the testing process, the test item is securely fixed onto the corresponding operating station, and then the system automatically initiates the testing program. First, according to preset test parameters, high-pressure or low-pressure gas is slowly and evenly infused into the interior of the object, simulating the pressure conditions it would encounter in its actual working environment.
Should any signs of leakage be detected, the sensors immediately trigger the alarm system, alerting the operator. The operator can then quickly locate the source of the leakage and take corresponding measures to repair or replace the affected components. This real-time feedback mechanism not only enhances the accuracy and efficiency of the testing process but also facilitates the timely identification and rectification of potential quality issues.
